Trade show design

5M designs trade show presences that earn their floor space: booth concepts visible from across the hall, brand environments at architectural scale, and the collateral your team hands out, all designed as one system and coordinated with fabricators through installation and show day.

Questions, answered

Trade show design frequently asked questions

How much does trade show booth design cost?

Booth design starts at $5,500. The number moves with booth size, fabrication complexity and how much collateral travels with it, all of which is fixed in the proposal before work begins.

Do you handle fabrication and installation?

We design the booth and coordinate the people who build and install it: vetting fabricators, proofing graphics, and managing shipping and install schedules against the show date.

Can the booth be reused for future shows?

Yes, and we design for it. Modular construction and recyclable materials mean the booth adapts to different floor plans instead of being rebuilt from zero every show.
