Do you offer care plans for sites you did not build?
Usually, yes. We review the site first so we know exactly what we are taking responsibility for, then confirm the plan and the price before anything starts.
What happens if my site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us, usually before you or your customers notice. We investigate and restore service, then tell you what happened and what we changed so it does not repeat.
